The most important aspect of any radar site is not the equipment or the landscape.  It is the people that are serving to defend our country's safety,  In the year you would share with the others on the site you came to make close friends and relied on each other for support in hard times, fun in good times and to share your feelings about being away from home for the extended period.  Here are some of the pictures of H-3's most important asset, the people who served there.
