Event Registration Fee:

 

The Registration Fee is $275 per person. This includes venue admissions, transportation, meals (unless otherwise specified), and use of the hospitality room.

 

Payment:

 

We have a new registration process this year. GatheringsPlus is an agency that specializes in the management of military reunions.  They will manage your registration and collection of registration fees.  This will relieve our president, who is also the acting treasurer, from this time-consuming work.

 

See the Registration Form (follow the instructions below to get the form) for payment options.  There is an option to purchase cancellation insurance.  You will be able to pay by check or by credit card (4% charge for paying by credit card).

Wednesday September 16:Noon - Hospitality Room and Registration opens

Thursday September 17:

 

8:30 am – Board Bus

 

9:00 am – Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park and Wright Brothers Bicycle Shop

 

Noon – Lunch at Der Dutchman Amish Restaurant

 

1:45 pm – National Air Defense Radar Museum Tour and Brick Dedication

 

5:15 pm – Arrive back at hotel

 

6:00 pm – Dinner in the Hospitality Room

 

7:00 pm – Continuation of Business Meeting

 

Friday September 18:

 

9:00 am – Carpool to National Museum of the USAF and Monument Garden

 

Lunch on your own

 

5:00 pm – Banquet dinner

 

7:00 pm – Elections and continuation of Business Meeting

 

Raffle and Silent Auction

 

10:00 pm – Hospitality Room closes

 

REGISTRATION

 

Click this LINK  to download your registration form.  It will take you to a Google Drive folder where the form is stored.  RIGHT-CLICK on the file name "Iceland Radar Sites REUNION REGISTRATION FILLABLE FORM.pdf" and select "Download".  Save the file to your Downloads folder or other folder of your choice.

 

Go to the folder and DOUBLE CLICK the file name to open it with your default PDF reader.  Most people use Adobe Acrobat.  If you do not have that, RIGHT-CLICK the file name and select "Open With" and choose "Microsoft Edge", "Google Chrome" or other browser.

 

ENTER YOUR INFO:  The form is interactive, just like an IRS tax form.  Enter your information into each blue box on the form.

 

SAVE THE FORM:  When you are finished, save the form. Adobe Acrobat: select "File-Save" or CONTROL-S.  Web Browser: Find the SAVE AS icon at the top of the page.

 

PRINT THE FORM:  Adobe Acrobat: select "File-Print" or CONTROL-P.  Web Browser: Find the PRINTER icon at the top of the page.  If you plan to mail the form, select your printer.  If you plan to email the form, select "Microsoft Print to PDF" or "Save to PDF". It will ask you to specify a file name and folder to save the PDF.

 

MAIL THE FORM.  Follow the instructions at the bottom of the form.

 

U.S. Mail:  Be sure to enclose your check.
